Dialoguing with the Universe or Remaining in the Question

We always receive the answers we seek. The trick is to be open and aware enough to notice them.
Do you have something that’s bugging you? That you’re dying to know the answer to? That’s obsessing you even? Try this:

State the question clearly. (It might not be easy, some say that the question is half the battle). Stay with it. Stay with those uncomfortable feelings of uncertainty. You can let them go, trust that you will receive an answer.

Wait for an answer to come. Wait, wait, wait. Stay with it. Until it comes. It may be seconds, it may be minutes, hours, days, weeks or months, but the answer will come.

Don’t judge where it comes from. It may come from that tiny shy little voice within, it may come from without.

Listen.

Repeat.
