Make sleeping part of your waking life
This week, I want to invite you to dream.
It’s fall. Our bodies want to sleep.
So let’s let them.
I don’t know what we’re actually doing when we dream, the jury seems to still be out on that one… but…
- I do know that we solve problems in our sleep.
- I do know that our dreams hold intriguing (or at the very least entertaining) messages for us.
- I do know that you can get better at recalling your dreams with practice.
So. This week’s challenge is the following: DREAM! Get curious! Start a dream journal. Write down all those crazy images, see what pops out at you!
